Desired Skills/Experience:

• Must Have Extensive/Current Experience working for a company the designs, builds, manufactures and sells Electronics and/or Electronics Components (experience working for a company that sells to the Military and/or Military OEMs is preferred).
• BSEE is required, MSEE is preferred.
• Must Have Experience directly managing and supervising small teams.

Industry/Product Experience Required:

• Knowledge of standards such as MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883, IPC-610, ISO9001/AS9100, hybrid MicroCircuits and discrete PCB's mftg processes.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing: QA (improvements, measurements, monitoring, checks and controls), tracking SW, HW, processes and procedures

QA Experience Required:

Acting as the lead/go-to-person for:

• QA related Audits; failure, success and statistical analyses,
• interaction with vendors, suppliers and customers (in order to take corrective measures on a proactive basis).
• Insure that processes are in line with applicable ISO and MIL standards
• QA Engineering: random and planned inspections, processes and procedure adherence, team and employee mentorship/training/guidance, plan/schedule/forecast man-hours vs. workload.
• Experience Managing QA department Budget is a plus.

Additional Quality Training and/or Certifications are Strongly Preferred.
