We are currently seeking a full-time, 2nd Shift Electronics Supervisor for our Raymond, MS facility. (3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)

This position will be responsible to the Plant Manager for meeting aggressive production requirements while maintaining high expectations in Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct hourly workforce of PCB and Cable assemblers to meet company/departmental objectives, including high standards in Quality, Safety, and Productivity
• Provide training and cross-training for all employees to ensure a versatile workforce
• Complete all routine paperwork, reports, and schedules in accordance with company/departmental objectives
• Effectively communicate with peers, subordinates, and management
• Support and implement management philosophy and vision
• Contribute and make recommendations to control and reduce departmental and overall costs

Required Skills

• 2-5 years supervisory experience in Electronics or related field
• Familiarity with a Kanban type of manufacturing process
• Hand soldering skills are a must in this position
• Basic computer skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Analytical and decision making abilities
• Mechanical and Electronic troubleshooting skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Superb people skills at both hourly and staff levels
• College degree preferred
