Email Marketing Manager
Job Description
Modis is seeking a qualified Email Marketing Manager for a 3 month contract to hire opportunity with our industry leading client in Wilmington, DE. The qualified candidate will be the Manager for end-to-end daily operational implementation for email marketing campaigns.
Position Requirements
- Owns full process and delivery of email campaigns by required deadlines including group and list creation/management, creation of control/test groups, monitoring of email delivery and timely post send metrics.
- Interface with various teams requiring email support within the division.
Education Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience required, advanced degree preferred.
Experience Required
3-5 years experience directly related to management and deployment of Email Marketing campaigns and operations.
- Knowledge of CheetahMail or similar email service providers.
- Knowledge and understanding of CAM-SPAM and email law.
- Track and stay current with industry best practices and trends, ensure CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Able to provide key performance indicator reports.
- Able to maximize inbox delivery while minimizing spam reports, monitoring email sends for bounce rates and blocks.
- Able to create and maintain email marketing collateral for various teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of opt-out and opt-in, maintaining opt-out database.
- Able to develop, measure and optimize campaign and testing programs.
- Able to resolve email delivery issues, meet project deadline, troubleshoot issues and ensure best practice implementation.
- Set targeting and regular deployment guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Project and campaign management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
