Employee Resource Center Associate

 

Employee Resource Center Associate (Level 4) We are currently recruiting for a customer focused and detail oriented individual to join our Employee Resource Center.  This position will provide high volume customer service and data management support to our workforce throughout the United States.  Responsibilities include efficiently maintaining employee data including, but not limited to: background checks, new hires, transfers, pay rate changes and separations. This role will work directly with employees and will also maintain successful partnerships with Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, and business operations throughout company.  The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and organizational skills Previous work experience handling high volume of transactions in a human resources or customer service environment Superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and customer service focus PC skills including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2+ years HR employee life cycle work experience is preferred HR software experience is preferred; PeopleSoft or other HR ERP system such as Lawson or SAP Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience and education will be considered.
