This newly created role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact as you lead a high profile initiative to enhance employee safety and risk programs throughout California. This initiative has strong support from senior leaders and your successes will be noticed. While the initiative is just under way, you will be able to showcase your creativity and leadership skills as you implement it in a wide variety of facilities and operations, from group homes providing direct care to mobile community programs. You'll support our corporate mission of providing people with innovative, quality services and supports that lead to growth and independence.
To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have deep knowledge of safety and solid experience developing, implementing, and managing safety programs. You also will need experience working with geographically dispersed operations, each of which involves a small number of employees. We're looking for a professional with a collegial and collaborative approach and the flexibility to resolve safety issues creatively in diverse environments. You'll not only to be able to develop programs, but also to influence and motivate others to embrace those programs.
