About the Job

Description:
Responsibilities

Assist account teams with execution of day-to-day client technical support activities. Develop and maintain relationships with internal team members and clients at appropriate levels.
- Log and track client help tickets for end user request/issues.
- Coordinate client communications.
- Manage documentation libriaries.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Client and Management reports.
- Participate in Client status meetings.
- Manage Database Models in ERwin.
- Manage Database Data Dictionaries
- Additional tasks as deemed necessary by End User Support Manager.

About the Opportunity

Must be able to work independently, be highly organized and detail-oriented, while managing multiple issues simultaneously. One to three years of database marketing and/or data processing experience in the telecommunication industry would be a PLUS! College degree in Business, Marketing preferred, however a degree is not required. This position reports to the End User Support Manager

Qualifications:
-Effective communication both written and oral.
-Excellent customer service
-MS Office Suite (Strong in Excel)
- Experience in SQL execution/writing
- Relational Database
- FTP & Unix directory structure understanding

Preferred:
- Microsoft ACCESS
-Strong technical aptitude
