Physicians’ Education Resource (PER Group), a medical publishing and education company specializing in oncology, has an immediate opening for a Grants Manager. We are an established and growing organization located in Dallas, TX.

Primary responsibilities include creating and driving the strategy of generating enduring materials through the creation and submission of educational grant requests, creation of customer service reports, and assistance with all needs related to the sale of enduring materials.

Essential Functions

• Creating and Driving Strategy for Enduring Materials




• Identifying and generating ideas for enduring material submissions


• Managing the submission process


• Set pricing for enduring materials in collaboration with Account Managers and Product Management; and developing budgets


• Management of process of enduring material grants


• Coordination of grant proposals with outside partners


• Maintaining Enduring Material Product descriptions


• Creation of regular customer service reports for Sr. Account Directors




• Enduring material production status


• Metrics for online publications


• Updates on printing/ posting of each project for account directors


• Working with finance and Sr. Account Directors to log and reconcile enduring materials




• Tracking reconciliations-both financial and activity


• Updating finance on due dates for reconciliations


• Creating and maintaining enduring metrics

Experience

·         Oncology Experience preferred,

·         Familiarity with web based and print based enduring materials

·         Familiarity with adult education principles

·         Knowledge of supporters’ scopes of interest for educational materials

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Proven organizational and project management skills

·         Management experience

·         Knowledge of CME guidelines and regulations a plus
