JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE:
To generate new Lease Purchase Agreements and maintain customer accounts, with a professional attitude, while handling Collections, Solicitations, and overall Customer Service.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
¨ Create new Lease Purchase Agreements through phone and counter solicitations
¨ Enter Lease Purchase Agreements properly into computer system
¨ Inventory control
¨ Post customer transactions and run reports on TRS computer program
¨ Delinquency control, skip tracing, and revenue collection
¨ May require field chasing on accounts potentially resulting in repossessions
¨ Handle/Maintain reports for both retail and lease purchase transactions
¨ Process and file customer account information
¨ Cash Drawer Management
¨ Assist in maintaining office appearance
¨ May be required to make bank deposits
¨ Abide by TRS Policies and Procedures
¨ Other duties as deemed necessary
