The client is currently transforming both business process
work flows and the supporting information technology systems from their supply
chain management.  The processes included
are Product Research and Development, Package Engineering, Demand Planning,
Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Sourcing, Directed Turnkey
Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.

We are looking for highly experienced candidate in CPG with
in-depth knowledge of Manugistics, Interspec, experience in JDE or SAP for
Supply Chain operations, PL/SQL programming, Korn Shell, AIX/Oracle
environments. Full SDLC, IT Best Practices, strong consumer package goods and experience
managing vendor/supplier relationships.

Candidate will have 10 plus years of Supply Chain Solutions
with 3 to 5 years in a supervisory capacity. Must have experience operating
with business teams at the most senior level with very strong time management
and organizational skills. Excellent communication, change management,
leadership and interpersonal skills.

Candidates should have experience with Business Reqirement
Definition, Application Systems Analysis and Design, System Architecture Analysis
and Design and Technical Level Support. 
In addition some experience is required regarding Business Process
Reengineering and full Project Life Cycle Management Services.  This position will be responsible for
ensuring the delivery and support of high quality business systems solutions
and for providing a high degree of technical expertise in the assigned areas.

Four year college degree in Business, Computer Science, with
advanced degree being a strong plus.
