About the Job
A local DC Metro General Contractor is in search
of a Project Manager with 10 years of experience on commercial
construction projects. Must have Government / CORE experience. Design Build
& Mechanical experience a plus. Must be hands on and self
motivated.
Candidates must
have:
Minimum of 10 years
previous experience in commercial construction.
Ability to follow
company standards.
Strong verbal and
written communications skills.
Aptitude to build
strong relations with customers.
Proficiency in
prioritizing and deadline management.
Ability to plan,
prepare, and analyze documents.
Strong knowledge of

Computer experience
