Energy Operations Manager  Job Description:

Our client is a national proper management firm that is looking to bring on a regional energy manager to develop and maintain an energy portfolio for the Southeast. This position will be headquartered out of Richmond, VA with travel to other Southeastern sites. Portfolio with contain close to 1,000 commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Field

- At least 10 years of experience in the Energy Efficiency/Facilities Management Field

- CEM and/or LEED certification is preferred but not required

- Excellent communications skills with customers

- Air Recycling experience is a plus

- Building automation using Tridium and Honeywell Controls is a plus as well

- Opportunity for a comprehensive bonus based on energy savings
