CLICK HERE TO WATCH THE VIDEO Energy Projects are HOT in the Mid-Atlantic!!! Are you ready to join a successful full-service facility contracting team as they expand their energy services group? There are lots of performance contracting groups out there and just as many approaches. Few have the clout and direct delivery capabilities that this group does however. As they expand in this growing market segment they are looking for an established mid to heavyweight energy project developer to join them and help tackle the expansive Mid-Atlantic marketplace. If you have proven that you know how to get an ESCO qualified for the latest energy project initiatives (particularly the ins/outs of Federal work), then let’s talk about your next move! - 5+ years ESCO performance contracting experience with design-build retrofit projects for government and/or commercial facility systems.
- Design and system application knowledge of HVAC, Building Automation (Controls, BAS, EMS), and Lighting systems.
- Utility Services, Water Conservation, and Renewable Energy.
- Knowledgeable in energy trends and industry developments.
- Strong business financial acumen.
- Expertise getting in front of corporate and government financial decision makers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction or business preferred.
- Preferred credentials such as PE, LEED, CEM, CFM, Certified Energy Manager
- Member of strategic energy and facility trade groups (USGBC, Assoc. of Energy Engineers, Alliance groups w/ DOE)
