About the Job
Primary Purpose of this position:
To assure the successful implementation of TPM/Autonomous Care within the Dover facility and to work closely with all Maintenance staff functions and activities including support for other EPC divisions.
Principal accountabilities of the position include:
? Implement TPM/AC culture within Energizer Personal Care by leading workshops and performing assessments for sustainability.
? Contribute to the development of future TPC/AC strategies.
? Drive and support World Class Maintenance through TPM.
? Conduct Kaizan events through Maintenance for Continuous Improvement.
? Train all colleagues in the organization on TPM/AC 100% participation. Assist in training, development, and coaching of colleagues assigned to defined TPM support roles. Assist in the development and certification of workshop leaders with the guidance of global TPM Champion.
? Coordinate consistency with Energizer World Class Maintenance policies and Best Practices.
? Support and contribute to standards in Visuality, Maintenance and Engineering procedures.
? Provide Engineering support in the manufacturing environment. Analyze opportunities, develop and implement solutions for existing products and processes through collaboration with other Engineering, Operations and Technical personnel. Provide Mechanical Engineering services to complex equipment designs and specialized projects which lead to new or improved equipment, product constructions, materials or manufacturing processes in accordance with sound Engineering principles, policies and controls
Education and Experience:
? Engineering Degree
? High level of experience with LEAN tools/principles and Problem Solving
? Experience with leading, training and developing colleagues
? High level of experience in Process equipment and Process Control
? Strong computer skills, SAP is a plus
? Strong presentation development and delivery skills
