Job Description for CFD Engineers :- Job Code Reference: - CFD1681
Job Title: CFD Analyst / Sr.CFD Analyst / Project Leader / Project Manager Experience: Experience ranging between 3 to 18 years in the field of CFD Qualification: Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Mechanical Engineering / Fluid Mechanics / Aerospace or any other relevant field.
Provide services in Automotive, Aerospace Industrial systems. Responsible for validation and optimization of Systems/products by using CFD.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sound knowledge about the systems, components, Involving fluid mechanics & fluid behaviors.
2. Ability to interpret the actual problem to CFD numerical model.
3. Ability to extract the fluid domain from the 3D-CAD model appropriately.
4. Meshing experience is required in tetra / hexa /prism mesh.
5. Experience in setting up appropriate boundary conditions, steady state/ transient analysis in available commercial
CFD Packages like Fluent, STAR-CD, CFX Ansys, CFdesign,
6. Ability to interpret the results from CFD software.
7. He has to give suitable suggestions to improve systems through CFD results.
8. Good analytical and problem solving skill is required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Work requires advanced math skills, special relationship abilities, and the ability to understand "abstract" principles behind math and physics.
Additional Informations :-

- Stress analysis on components and assemblies using FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
- Working experience in any one or more of the software like ANSYS, NASTRAN, ABACUS, LS-DYNA, MADYMO or ADAMS
- Meshing knowledge using Hyper mesh or ANSA
- Linear & Non-linear Static / Dynamic / CRASH / Multi Body Dynamic analysis
- Hands on experience in Automotive /Aerospace / Off High way vehicles / Construction Equipments /Medical Equipments/ Oil & Gas
- Ability to interpret the results from CAE software.
- He has to give suitable suggestions to improve systems through CAE results.
