We are currently recruiting for a Engineer – Senior (Windows Move) in our Norcross Fiserv office. This position will be responsible for the following:

Job Description

Under minimal supervision, exercise judgment within defined standard practices and procedures to analyze, test, design, program, debug, modify and implement computer programs or systems applications

Senior Windows Engineer with strong working experience working on Microsoft Platform

Experience working on ESX/VMWare platform or any other Virtualization Platform

Experience designing, implementing and managing Active Directory

Experience designing, implementing IIS,MOM, SCOM, SMS, SCCM, SQL Server, Microsoft Cluster Server

Experience in designing and implementing High Availability and DR solutions

Experience in Implementing .NET solutions

Experience working with any replication technologies as well as storage solutions will be a plus.

Willingness and ability to learn new technologies

Experience working in Linux or other UNIX platofrm will be a plus.

Ability and capability to document and communicate complex solutions to a broader audience

Familiarity with ITIL Processes

Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written will be required.

Project Management Skills

Will be responsible for helping develop data center migration solutions.

Will be responsible for creating Highly AVAilable (HA) and DR SOlutions.

Will work collaboratively with a cross functional team ( Network, Storage, Security, Development) to develop Complex Solutions on Microsoft Platform.

5-8 years working expereince in related field

Skills Required

Excellent knowledge of applications programming and analysis procedures.

Knowledge of languages as required for various projects.

Excellent communications, writing and editing skills needed to transfer information to individuals involved in the development process.

Excellent project leadership skills.

Able to articulate task progress to the executive management, and work well with all members of the development and operational teams.

Able to proactively identify potential issues in the production environment and development potential solutions to them. 

Acquire/enhance applications expertise, keeping up with evolving programming and analysis and database technology.

Education Required

Bachelors Degree preferably in Computer Science or related areas
