Job Details:

  • Job Summary: Operates the equipment in the Central Power Plant and the Hospital. Monitors and tests all alarms and responds accordingly. Performs maintenance, repair and installation of all H.V.A.C. equipment. Performs chemical analysis on water and fuel associated with H.V.A.C. systems.

    Education: High School diploma

    Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: City of Tulsa 1st Class Engineers License required. Oklahoma State/Tulsa Mechanical Journeyman License and Universal refrigeration License preferred.

    Work Experience: 3-4 years

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: This position requires a wide range of mechanical skills, computer skills, and good communcation skills, both verbally and written. It requires the ablility to make decisions and work with limited supervision. This position requires a person to be a self starter who is able able to work varied hours.
