As our Director of Engineering
based in our Scottsdale,
AZ headquarters, you will
spearhead the direction and define the critical path of our solar dish system
development. Your deep knowledge of optical devices, mechanical structures and FEA will be put to use when approving a variety of complex engineering concepts, drawings and specifications.  With your experience designing
for high-volume manufacturing, you will excel in the task of defining our
manufacturing processes from low to high-volume manufacturing and selecting key
suppliers.  Equally important is your
track record of successful lean engineering and technical program management as you drive our cross-functional engineering and development groups
and outside engineering contractors to the successful execution of the SES commercialization plan. Your voice will
be the leading factor in mentoring your teams in designing for
manufacturability, designing for logistics, designing for cost, statistical tolerancing, adhering to tight schedules and ensuring successful
results.  In this highly visible role you
will greatly influence integral business units and ultimately have a tremendous
impact on the success and growth of our company.
