Engineering Operations Manager
Liberty Engineering, a successful and dynamic engineering solutions company is seeking a highly organized, process oriented Operations Manager to drive the team’s project work flow.
The individual must have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing multi-disciple architectural and engineering teams, both large and small. It is a mandatory job requirement that the candidate can fully comprehend the scope of work and possesses the ability to allocate team resources to meet deliverable deadlines.
An ideal fit for this position would be an expert problem solver who thrives in a fast paced production environment.
Additional tasks will include but are not limited to:
-Coordinate and manage the QA/QC process
-Produce project delivery schedules
-Create work task lists
-Delegate, manage and drive team member’s work to completion
-Interface and coordinate multi-discipline team members to meet customer requirements
-Interface with management team
-Interpret and create company processes and policies
Other Qualifications Needed:
-Must be a U.S. Citizen
-5 years minimum industry experience
-Highly Effective Verbal and Written Communicator
-Customer Service Oriented
-Possess a strong sense of ownership in work
-Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
