Engineering Project Accountant

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA 52411

Engineering Project Accountant:  

Requires an accounting degree (preferably a 4-year degree, but will also consider a 2-year degree.)
Requires 3+ years accounting experience.  
Requires specific experience and knowledge of accounting principals relating to contracts; specifically with software development or engineering companies.
Requires advanced excel skills.  
Prefer experience with ERP system (Oracle is preferred); Kronos experience is also helpful, along with strong analytical skills.
 

This position will be responsible for monthly analysis and reporting of project performance, month-end close and proposal preparation.
