Manages full-life cycle recruiting for various levels and types of positions within ENERCON. Maintains flow of job applicants by managing requsitions, placing job advertisements and postings; sourcing candidates; screening and referring candidates; checking references; and facilitating the offer process.
Duties:
- Manages recruiting process for various levels and positions
- Places job openings by submitting print advertisements, job board postings, job fair and college recruiting registrations, and organization web page announcements.
- Maintains recruiting system & resume database by entering and updating requisitions; entering resumes; and sourcing, profiling, matching, and tracking candidates.
- Sources candidates through resume database and internet mining, networking, professional associations and cold calling.
- Establishes candidate qualifications by screening resumes and phone interviewing. Verifies interest and availability. Presents qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Ensures follow-up to all candidates.
- Prepares recruiting reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Assists with the development of recruiting and new hire materials. Also assists with various recruiting and retention projects.

Job Requirements (education, skills, certifications, licenses)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communication
- Minimum 3 years recruiting experience, preference for candidates with recruiting experience of engineers or recruiting experience in the utility/energy and/or consulting industry
- Experience networking and cold-calling candidates
- Self-motivated with strong communication and people skills
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office and the Internet
- High attention to detail with documentations and reporting skills
- Good judgment
