Education & Experience

·         Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering, or Equivalent Professional Qualification

·         Minimum 5 years Experience Managing a Team of Direct Reports

·         Minimum 3 years of Control Panel Experience

·         Minimum 3 years of Water/Wastewater Industry Experience

·         Minimum 3 years of Automation Solution Experience (PLC, RTU, SCADA, Telemetry)

·         Strong Competency in Electrical Requirements for Automation Solutions

·         Project Management/Commercial Experience

·         Proven Leadership and People Management Skills

·         Proven Ability to Build Strong, Loyal Teams

·         Proven Ability to Drive Complex Projects to a Successful Conclusion
