Engineer Summer Intern
The successful intern candidate will join an advanced materials R&D group for the 2010 summer, and perform materials-related research studies. Typically, the research involves the candidate revieiwing related literature, defining and executing experimentals, writing a report of findings, and making presentations to technical peers and management. The intern would be assigned a mentor to provide training and assistance. One or two technical problems would be assigned to the intern.
Selected applicants will be subject to a federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified matter. US citizenship is required.

Job Requirements:
Currently enrolled in college courses leading to either undergraduate or graduate level mechanical, chemical, materials or nuclear engineering degrees.
Candidate must have completed sophmore year prior to starting internship in summer 2010.
