Performs assignments that are typically of the non-repetitive R & D nature and complexity requiring judgment and initiative in resolving problems and making recommendations.
Constructs and tests breadboards of a very complex nature.
Performs moderately complex engineering calculations.
Designs moderately complex circuits.
Manage a small routine job.
Evaluates project procedures and processes for adequacy.
Generates the necessary project documentation.
Applies conventional engineering practices to develop or prepare schematics, designs, specifications, parts lists, or makes recommendations regarding these items.
Technical vocational school diploma in electronics technology or equivalent knowledge gained by experience. Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing techniques and processes, and experience in project coordination.
Six or more years experience in the field of electronics is required.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Reading, interpretation and comprehension skills.
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and drawing software packages.
