Performs variety of tasks and assignments distinguished by its complexity and diversity. Identifies and resolves non-standard problems using a mature knowledge of electronics.
Constructs and tests breadboards of a complex nature.
Designs routine circuits.
Operates complex standard/special test equipment.
Performs complex product testing, troubleshooting, and repair.
Documents, compiles, and understands complex test results.
Optimize and implements routine design changes to product.
Performs routine engineering calculations.
Requires interface with other departments to resolve routine standard problems with product, schedule, or procedures.
Technical vocational school diploma in electronics technology or equivalent knowledge gained by experience. Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing techniques and processes.
Three or more years experience in the field of electronics is required.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Reading, interpretation and comprehension skills.
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and drawing software packages.
