Enterprise Architect profile (5-7 years experience): Experienced and seasoned cross disciplinary, hands-on architect with strong technical background including integrating multiple applications at the Enterprise level and taking legacy system (Tandem/Unisys), creating current state status, writing the blueprint to emerging technologies like J2EE and .Net and implementing the architecture for the Enterprise (including mobile devices) all within a heavy transactional environment, payments, money transfers, bill pay, etc.,  having following strengths

• Architecture: Thorough understanding of Enterprise Architecture processes/models and Software development processes


• Technical insight: Thorough understanding of mainstream and emerging technology standards and advancements.  Based on solid application architecture and implementation background


• Systems experience: Implementation background of large, multi-tier, scalable systems preferably involving EAI (SOA, messaging, workflow/rules, BPM, security)


• Results-driven attitude: Deliver appropriate set of pragmatic EA services in a timely fashion


• Business domain: Preferably from Financial services background with exposure to any/all of – High volume monetary/related transaction processing, Payments, B2B integration (channels such as Mobile etc)


• Enterprise perspective and foresight: Understand broader implications of strategy across all business units, while visualizing the near/long term project-level implications


• Vision and Strategy: Grasp business strategies and map appropriate IT strategies


• Conventionalization: Visualize solution, process or infrastructure required to satisfy business requirements


• Facilitation, Communication (verbal/written): Effectively convey the results of the architecture, the process to develop it, and the value it provides

Qualifications

• Enhance, expand and maintain enterprise architecture standards and principals


• Actively involved in architecture review and governance of projects


• Actively involved in Architecture Review Board activities


• Define and maintain enterprise reference architecture, principles


• Manage current/future state enterprise architecture


• Providing practical guidance in building roadmaps for business transformation initiatives


• Analyze business strategies and align/map optimal IT strategies


• J2EE, .Net framework, Oracle
