Ohm Systems, Inc. is an IT Management and Technology Consulting Firm that provides IT services to Federal/State/Local Government Clients across US.


We have an excellent immediate opportunity available for an Enterprise Architect (EA). The ideal candidate must have demonstrated Enterprise Architecture experience and a thorough 
understanding of the DoD Architecture Framework.

Qualifications
* Must possess a DoD (Secret or Top Secret) security clearance. If you possess a current Active Secret Clearance, we will be able to sponsor for an Interim Top Secret. This will transfer to a Full Top Secret Clearance. 
* Should possess a B. S. degree in an Information Technology field. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of Enterprise Architecture experience may be substituted.

***Prior Military experience is a huge plus!!!***

Additional Qualifications Include:
* Must have previously held a key position in an organization providing EA support at the MAJCOM Level
* Must have demonstrated experience and understanding of the DoD Creation Architecture Framework (DoDAF) compliant EAs
* General Accountability Office (GAO) EA Maturity Management Framework (EAMMF) model
* Use of software accredited for use on DoD networks necessary for defining, implementing, and sustaining DoDAF compliant EA artifacts (i.e. System Architect)
* Configuration management of EA databases
* Knowledge of budgetary processes and analysis of performance data in order to prepare persuasive budget recommendations in support of mission requirement
* Knowledge of system architecture, system integration techniques

Must have solid communication skills including the ability to present an accurate and compelling overview and benefits using relevant technologies and policies, persuading the customer of the value proposition, and constructing 
a solid foundation that is perceived by the client as responsive to their needs.


Job/Duties
* Define, implement, and sustain NDO SCF and AF NCCS EAs according to DoDAF, and other applicable guidance.
* Continually assess organizational needs and EA maturity and take appropriate actions to:
1. Assess mission architectures and identify capability gaps;
2. Develop procedures and interpret policy related to EA activities;
3. Recommend and implement local EA policy to comply with management;
* Consult and coordinate with customer*s staff and other government organizations or agencies to ensure application of local activities meet EA frameworks
* Identify opportunities to improve enterprise-level decisions in support of organizational business processes
* Remain informed regarding changes in policy direction and assess impact on organizational business requirements
* Attend conferences and meetings, present analysis and findings via papers and briefings, and provide recommendations to proper officials
* Analyze areas of concern, identify problems, and resolve conflicts through persuasive discussions with management and user representatives
* Perform appropriate staffing actions necessary to support EA objectives including preparation of memorandums, staff summary sheets, and providing comments to documents released for coordination
* Will support customer and related units in the production of EA artifacts and analysis of strategic and nuclear deterrence, conventional global strike, non-kinetic and nuclear mission responsibilities 
* Will define, document and analyze missions, process and procedures required to support strategic planning and execution of missions.
