Job Duties (include but not limited to):
- Serve as a key interface between the business and technical teams translating business processes and requirements into technical requirements and specifications.
- Analyze business, information and technical requirements to develop current and target enterprise architectures. This includes data warehouse models, business rules and descriptions
- Perform tasks that culminate in the preparation and provision by the contractor of a complete statement of work (including requirements specification) for a future contract effort to develop and deploy an integrated enterprise real property data and services capability. This effort shall include, but is not limited to: assessments of existing and future business process and information technology, analysis of alternatives of the future state including recommendations, business case analysis, transition planning, requirements development, and scope of work preparation. This effort will require facilitation, coordination, and gaining approval of the deliverables prior to use and/or implementation across the client’s agency Enterprise.
- Perform "as-is" business and technology assessment for enterprise Real Property Inventory data collection, use, and dissemination (as identified in provided documentation, including vision statement, Real Property Unique ID Registry (RPUIR) requirements document, and Real Property Assets Database (RPAD) design documents)
- Perform "to-be" business and technology assessment for an enterprise Real Property authoritative data solution, based on the provided vision statement
- Perform analysis of alternatives for to-be solution and provide recommendations
- Perform and document business case analysis
- Develop technology and transition plan
- Elicit and document high-level use cases and requirements
- Draft statement of work for implementation and integration support
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) engagements and consulting on enterprise architecture (EA), metadata management, business process transformation, enterprise application integration (EAI), enterprise resource planning (ERP), in conjunction with systems modernization projects preferably with the Department of Defense.
- Minimum of 1years of experience with DoDAF methodology for developing 'as-is' and 'to-be' business information flows and business process modeling analyzing business requirements, and working with SMEs from functional areas.
- Familiar with Federal Real Property Profile (FRPP) submission, Congressional testimony
- Experience with applying common techniques for EA modeling and analytics,
- Proven experience supporting large JAD sessions with technical and business stakeholders to determine business process, data assets and interoperability requirements.
- - Independent with strong initiative, but also an enthusiastic team player
- - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position
- - Experience interacting with stakeholders to gather requirements
- - Must have a DoD SECRET clearance
- Strong expertise with Business and Technical Analysis, database, data warehouse.
- Be able to communicate Technology related information with Non-Technical Business Users.
- Extensive experience in large scale database and web technology projects
- Strong background in business process modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with business and technical team members.
Must be DoD Secret clearance holder. No relocation is available for this position.
