Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer

The Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of Windows server platforms on both shared and direct attached storage in virtual server environments across the enterprise to ensure high levels of quality, availability, and security.

Responsibilities:

·         Provision, install, configure and maintain virtual servers and their supporting environments

·         Provision and maintain large scale SAN storage systems including NFS, iSCSI and Fiber Channel environments

·         Backup, restore and maintain backup environments for Windows servers on shared and local storage

·         Perform capacity and performance monitoring and reporting for the enterprise computing environment

·         Proficient in the configuration and creations of Windows servers in Active Directory environments

·         Proficient in creating, installing and provisioning virtual servers in VMWare and Hyper V environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an analytical discipline, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years of working technical experience with designing, installing, configuring, and supporting server platforms
