Our Risk Management Department is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to identify the industries best practices and recommend opportunities to enhance risk management capabilities.Conduct risk assessment of new products and enhancements to operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining Bank-wide risk management program.
- Identify and evaluate risk exposure for the Bank’s business lines.
- Assist in development of best practice risk exposure controls and implements as needed.
- Perform periodic risk assessment on the Bank’s products, services, andoperational areas in accordance with the Bank’s Risk Management Program, including the Information Technology and Trust department.
- Perform periodic regulatory compliance self-assessment on the Bank’s business lines.
- Keep current on changing risk management environment, updating the Bank’s Risk Management Program accordingly.
- Provide guidance and informational support to department and line managers on risk management matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years of Bank operational compliance experience.
- Five (5) years of Bank operations experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills.
