Enterprise Territory Sales Manager – Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:
· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota assignments by identifying and selling to new customers while supporting existing customers in assigned territory.
· Exceeds customer expectations by anticipating needs and communicating the value and benefits of our complete solution offering. Ensures customers understand total Network Supervision Solutions. Initiates customer visits, demonstrates products, secures orders, and renews orders. Ensures appropriate follow through.
· Conducts market research to identify and work closely with potential accounts on sales/growth strategies.
· Develops and maintains close customer relationships using appropriate organizational tools and processes. Maintains records in corporate CRM tool and reports on area activity on a consistent basis.
· Initiates contacts to keep customers apprised of new products and enhancements.
· Works with other Fluke Networks’ Direct and Channel sales teams by identifying opportunities and working shared prospects for the greater good of the company.
· Provides accurate monthly sales production and larger order forecasts to assigned manager and other reports as required.
Qualifications:
· B.A. or equivalent combination of experience and education.
· Proven, successful ability to sell as evidenced by 5+ years of successful record of accomplishment combined with proven technical expertise to sell and demo appropriate Enterprise Network Test and Performance Management solutions.
· Proven knowledge in MPLS, VOIP, WAAS, Layer 3 switching, Protocol Analysis, and Application Performance Analysis.
· Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication and relationship skills. Organized and detail oriented.
· Must be fluent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)and have solid CRM experience.
· Experience selling to VARs and Carrier Channels highly desireable.
· Proven ability to initiate communication and execute problem solving and sales strategies.
