Leading global entertainment/media company based in midtown is seeking a Manager within their Global Finance group - ideally 4 - 6 years straight public or public/private - CPA a  strong plus.

Position will report to the Director of Global Finance and be involved in the following:

-Manage and evaluate a staff of 3 within reporting and analysis

-Oversee the consolidation and review of the monthly, quarterly and annual results of all global business units and report results to Senior Management

-Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts and determine why results differ from actuals by preparing variance analyses

-Work closely with business unit Controllers & Finance Directors in understanding their business results

-Assist with analysis of cash flow and working capital analysis.

-Other special projects for the VP Finance as well as CFO
