Duties include assisting customers with inquiries, account status and problem resolution, coordination and administration of department procedures, various other duties as required. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Candidates must possess office administrative skills including knowledge of MS Office and the ability to navigate complex industry specific database programs.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required.
Hours are full time:
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills and customer service. Candidates must have the ability to work in a team environment. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
