Blitz Inc (Bellevue, WA) is seeking to acquire Entry Level Client Managers to add to our ever expanding business sales team. Much of the staff at Blitz Inc have transitioned skills acquired in the restaurant industry. A lot of our staff held previous positions in that industry as a server, bartender, host, hostess, waiter, and/or restaurant management. However, this position is not a restaurant nor a food service position. This position will introduce as well as educate all individuals in the sales and marketing, and human resource aspects of our company.

All Entry Level Client Managers have the opportunity to advance within the company, depending on individual performance and reliability for Blitz Inc, into the Team Lead role. With the advancement to the Team Lead role, additional responsibilities will be introduced, including; interviewing and training for current staff members.
We look for individuals with not only a necessary sales and marketing mindset, but also the ability to teach, train and develop others. This position involves in person sales to business owners.
This is an ENTRY LEVEL position. Blitz provides full training. Individuals will be thoroughly trained in all aspects of Client Management, Business Sales and Marketing Management, Account Management, Leadership, Interviewing, Training, Team Development & Management (Coaching & Mentoring), Business Consulting, Business Administration and Human Resources.
