Entry Level Economist (BA/BS Level)

RTIs Health, Social and Economics Research unit has an immediate opening for an Economist 1 position based in Research Triangle Park, NC or Rockville, MD.

Job Duties will include: Research support for senior staff; gather data and information; literature reviews; data file construction; perform simple economic analyses; prepare tables and write sections of reports; conduct interviews/site visits.

Qualifications

* BA in Economics required; minimum GPA 3.5
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Quantitative research experience/coursework
* Good attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel***
