Licensed Loan Officers !

LSI Mortgage Plus is looking for just a few top Loan Officers to handle and close our growing number of applications.  Current Top Loan Officers in this position are making between $12k and 18K a month.

The Position

·        Minimal marketing effort.  We employ a group of telemarketers who deliver you interested clients who have sent in initial documents.

·        Minimal processing.  After your initial submission to processing, we employ a team to “take over” your file. 

·        Close the deal.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be NMLS Certified
• Proven successful track record of loan origination and operational support
• An winning attitude that brings positive energy to a sales floor
• Possess the resilience needed to thrive in the ever-changing environment of the mortgage industry
• Possess the drive to meet or exceed your sales goals while providing extraordinary service to your loan officers
• Thorough knowledge of product
• Team player and possess the ability to relate at all levels of business
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Extremely organized and demonstrate exceptional communication, time management, customer service, and follow-up skills
• Possess basic computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
