Marketing Employee Development (MED) Program
Do you want to put your interest in Marketing to work for a growing global organization? Do you wish you could develop a broader understanding of the critical role Marketing plays within an organization? Then why not consider joining Kronos through our Marketing Employee Development (MED) Program. Employees in the MED Program are full-time Marketing Specialists participating in a work-while-you-learn program for your first year. Each MED Program employee begins his/her career at Kronos with training about the company, our products and how we market our products. Following this basic training, the MED Program employee will engage in varied marketing work assignments. Each work assignment will offer an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a broad range of marketing competencies.
Competency development

Skills/Qualifications
This program is the right fit for you if you:
- Can take the lead and drive results

- Are equally comfortable working as part of a team or on your own
- Have strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
- Can organize your work, prioritize, set and meet deadlines
- Take a ‘what does sales need’ approach to business
- Know your way around MS Office applications
Requirements
Education
- BS/BA minimum. Marketing and/or communications concentrations a plus
- Local candidates only please
Experience
- 1-3 years related business and/or marketing experience
