Boston Business Concepts, Inc.
is currently expanding its telecommunications division.  With new technologies like fiber-optics on the rise, some of the largest telecommunications companies in the country have come to BBC to help increase customer awareness and sales numbers.

We are currently seeking a marketing and sales rep that knowledgeable of recent technology trends and of course has unparalleled people skills. Previous knowledge of fiber optics or similar products is also a plus. 

Position responsibilities at the entry level will include:

- One on one face to face sales interactions with existing and prospective customers
- All sales interactions will be in person, cold phone calls are not a requirement
- Capturing market data and customer feedback
- The ability to operate in a strong sports-oriented team environment as well as an individual

Complete classroom style and hands-on training will be provided for the individual.

Growth Prospects will include:

- Performance based pay and incremental pay increases
- Ability to develop into a sales trainer by reaching sales targets
- Supervisory and or Management potential in 1-2 years time for top individuals

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales or client service environment preferred.
  • Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group.
  • Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of new technologies in the internet and television entertainment world.
