Encore is a national company located in Addison, Texas and specializes in providing electronic payment processing solutions and other value-added services to small and medium-sized retail business customers throughout the United States.

We are seeking a high energy individual to work within our Human Resources department.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Recruiter with excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a structured, team oriented environment.

The main responsibility for this position is to coordinate the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing for a wide variety of positions, including sales, technical, and administrative.

Duties will include job description development, candidate sourcing, initial candidate pre-screening to determine level of interest and company fit, interview scheduling and follow-up with company management, and extension of employment offers.



 

Essentials Duties & Responsibilities will include efficiently and effectively filling open positions by:

  • Managing interview schedule and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinating position requisitions with management, ensuring all openings have appropriate approvals and are consistent with corporate policy
  • Reviewing employment applications and resumes and evaluating work history, education and training, job skills and performance, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants
  • Gain understanding of buisness requirements through constant communication with managers and supervisors regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale and source new candidate leads
  • Coordinating background and reference checks
  • Sending out rejection letters to applicants that are not selected  
  • Preparing daily and weekly recruiting pipeline reports and other reports as requested by management
  • Performing other duties and projects as needed to support the team

 


 

Knowledge and Skills Necessary:

  • Prior Interviewing Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Screening and interviewing experience
  • General Human Resources knowledge
  • Basic computer skills including MS OFFICE
