Position Profile
Our sales representatives are business advocates. Their phenomenal ability to prospect, identify, and create financial solutions for small and medium businesses is the driving force in our firm’s success. They are advocates in that they build relationships with America’s business owners throughout the United States and help them gain access to capital via Direct Capital’s suite of many financial services.
As an entry level sales representative, you will participate in a 2 week training program lead by a team that has developed the best sales representatives in the industry. You will learn how to be a top producer through hands on training, coaching and mentoring. After the completion of training, you will work with a management team that started exactly where you are right now and wants nothing more than to make you just as successful. Moving forward, you will experience a position that offers continuous growth potential, with true opportunity to move into a leadership role.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate for this position will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- A history of exceeding goals and extraordinary accomplishments – professional OR personal
- Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication, relationship building, customer service, time management, planning and negotiating skills.
- Extraordinary motivation to be successful and possess an entrepreneurial attitude
