| Location: FL (Predominantly throughout Pan Handle but travel will be required supporting jobs throughout CONUS including Puerto Rico). Full-Time Permanent Position Environmental, Health and Safety Manager shall be responsible for assisting in implementing and monitoring the corporate safety program and all underlying procedures and processes. SPECIFIC DUTIES Provide technical expertise in the H&S area as well as industry standards and accepted practices. Monitor and communicate developments in federal government and industry rules and regulations. Develop compliance strategies related to H&S regulatory requirements. Develop, deliver or coordinate H&S related training for CCI personnel and outside customers. Research and analyze trends in HES performance. Provide stewardship for H&S related systems and projects. Conduct hazard assessments. Serve as the company H&S representative. Assist in the direction of any consultants utilized. | |
| Education | |
| A degree in Safety & Health or related area | |
| Experience | |
| 10 years experience in the construction Safety and Health field; preferably on Federal construction projects. | |
| Special Requirements/Certifications | |
CSP or CIH Certification Working knowledge of government, industry and other regulations (i.e Army Corps of Engineers EM-385 and the 1910 and 1926 OSHA regulations).
