 General Description

Somebody who can manage municipal water and waste water projects from top to bottom, including the client interaction, design side, and supervising designers when necessary.  15+ years experience Excellent Communication Skills a must.  B.S. in Environmental Engineering or equivalent  P.E. in NJ or ability to obtain by reciprocity required. Ideal candidate with extensive experience working in the state of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
