QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed in NYC as a P.E. (Professional Engineer) – a MUST HAVE

Licensure as a C.P.G. (Certified Professional Geologist) or P.G. (Professional Geologist) - A Plus

Master's Degree preferred

At least 8+ years of experience with regulatory agencies

Must be an accomplished Leader - display leadership for environmental staff (will share staff 5-10 with other Project Managers)

Must be an accomplished mentor and developer of staff

Must be stellar in all facets of communication and presentation

Benefits:  This firm provides a great working environment with 100% employer paid benefits to all employees for medical/dental/vision insurance.  Employees can pay out of pocket for family coverage.  They also pay life insurance that is equal to 2 1/2 times the employee's annual salary (at no cost to the employee).  They provide a 401K with Employer match after 1 year of employment that is equal to $0.50 on the dollar.  Paid time off:  10 vacation days, 10 sick days, 10 holidays = 30 days/year.   They also pay out bonuses depending on company profitability in addition to merit increases.  Merit increases tend to be above market %s - 2007 they were paid out at over 7% of base salary and employees received increases in 2008 - something unheard of in today's economic conditions.
