The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of an Environmental Superintendent for a Large Food & Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in OK.
Job Description:
Supervises hourly environmental management employees, pump lagoons, site upkeep, directing day to day activities, lagoon maintenance, sampling soils, water, and lagoons, effluent and pipe maintenance, and all record keeping.
Bachelors Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering or related field preferred; or three years related experience in the Food & Beverage Industry. Must have knowledge of trucks, tractors and all phases of irrigation operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Will supervise Environmental Management team and coordinate all field operational activities concerning Environmental Resource Management.
· Ability to solve problems and evaluate process logistics.
· Coordinate and conduct safety and operational training for Environmental Resource Management employees.
· Efficient utilization of company equipment and employees to accomplish department goals.
· Coordinate, organize, and land application events with Environmental Management Supervisors.
· Keep department director informed of all aspects of department field operations.
· Coordinate and schedule vegetation control and establishment measures with other Environmental Management Superintendents.
· Assist office personnel to accurately document field operations.
· Assist and support other departments with AWRS repairs, composting, site beautification, snow removal, etc.
· Control operational expenses and assist in department budgeting.
· Support and assist other departments with Environmental Resources Management (ERM) training.
· Project and justify additional equipment and resource needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified Candidates for the Environmental Superintendent position MUST HAVE at least 2-3 years of Environmental Supervisory/Management experience out of the Food & Beverage Industry. Candidates with a 4-Year BS Degree in Agriculture or related fields are highly desired, however this is not a requirement. Candidates MUST HAVE experience with Soil Sampling, Ground Water, Crops, Pump Lagoons, etc. At this time, ONLY candidates coming out of the Food & Beverage Industry will be considered.
