CURRENT OPENINGS:
We have several openings in Dallas/Fort Worth. Currently we are looking for candidates that are Epic Certified (preferred). Below are our current needs.
The ideal candidate needs to be knowledgeable in chronicles databases, System Definitions for ADT/Prelude, Workflow Editor, Census Log Admin, Patient WQs, Rule Builder, Importing, ADT Reporting workbench, and understands the fundamental of HL7 messages and how it relates to the ADT/Registration events.
Epic ADT/Prelude Analyst
Application Support experience in the IT field of Patient Management/Patient Accounting Systems.
Epic Certified in ADT/Prelude a plus.
Experience working with the ADT process in a Healthcare facility.
Epic ADT Application experience.
Epic experience with Building/Maintaining Master File Databases.
Design, Build, and Validation experience with Patient Management/Patient Accounting Systems in regards to ADT, Registration, Patient Work-queues, and Reporting.
Unit Testing, Integrated Testing, Script writing related to an integrated workflows.
Comprehensive knowledge regarding Registration; front-end and back-end data collection for Billing.
Third Party Payor knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Plans.
On-call Pager rotation experience, which includes troubleshooting, resolving issues quickly and interaction with customers in the Healthcare field.
Being able to communicate and speak well in front of groups.
Implementation/Go Live experience for new software and/or upgrades in regards to a Patient Management/Patient Accounting System, Epic Implementation a plus.
Understand the fundamentals of HL7 interface messages and testing experience with other downstream systems in regards to ADT/Registration.
Import/Export experience in regards to Epic databases.
