Our client in Vermont has an immediate need for a Recruiter who will be the face of the firm to all applicants by handling creative, resourceful full-cycle recruiting for positions throughout the organization in partnership with hiring managers.  You'll engage in all facets of recruiting including sourcing, prequalifying candidates, networking, analyzing jobs, managing relationships inside and outside the organization and ensuring the process is seen through to completion on each open position.
 
Requirements:

• 5-10 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong behavioral based interviewing skills.
• High volume, multi-disciplinary recruitment experience required.
• Ability to remain flexible while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong application tracking skills.
• Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.
