Escrow Title officer with minimum three years experience in residential real estate closings. Experience in REO closings is a plus.

Job applicant must have the following skills:

1. Be very organized and have excellent customer service skills.

2. Be able to complete mortgage HUD, balance, and disburse real estate closing files.

3. Be able to perform a cash and mortgage closing.

4. Be willing to travel to different offices to close transactions.

5. Know city/county information for all city/county in Illinois.
