Exciting grass-roots nuclear project!
The Estimating department manager directs all activities with respect to estimate quality, execution, planning, staffing, consistency, systems, training and employee performance appraisal, career development, and counseling. This person will help grow and develop the already successful nuclear group. A vast knowledge of growing staff, mentoring, leading by example and managing large groups of professionals is a must.
Prefer college/equivalent plus 20 years of experience. Minimum of 12 years of experience in estimating systems and nuclear projects
