Hank's Auto Body is looking to add a top-notch Estimator to our sales team. Our company has been in business for 59 yrs. and has an excellent reputation for customer service, quality of work and professionalism. This is a family owned business which is looking for dedicated people to help us continue to grow.

This individual must be a dedicated professional with hands-on knowledge of the auto body repair process and with a commitment to excellent customer service.

Specific qualifications include:

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer's needs

• Strong understanding of repair methodology, organizational skills, detail oriented

• Integrity, resourcefulness, enthusiasm and diplomacy

• Demonstrated experience working directly with DRPs

• Ability to work as part of a team & meet sales goals – $180 - $200K per month

• Excellent oral and written skills

• Strong computer skills – will be working with CCC, ADP & Audatex. We prefer someone with experience working on these systems.
