Sheet Metal estimators immediate positions.

Estimator to provide and/or coordinate full estimating services for large complex work and for all types

of contracts.  Must be experienced in take off's from blue prints, cad drawing, specification review and compiling quantities and labor production. Must have working knowledge of products and manufacturers

of the roofing, waterproofing and sheet metal industries.

Skill sets

Must have knowledge of architecture and mechanical drawings.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret architectural and engineering construction drawings and specs.

Must have strong skills in math, writing and rough drafted 3 dimensional sketches.

Provide complete final estimate on projects.

Insure all working comments and data are maintained to backup estimate figures

Communicate with vendors in support of job needs and specs requirements.

Make presentations as needed.

Participate in and attend sales/project meetings.

Perform reports as needed and directed by management.

Must have strong computer skill set.
