The Positions

Estimator 10 Years Experience

• Responsible for the overall management, accumulation, creation and delivery of cost estimates on a wide range of commercial and government projects.
  
• Create spreadsheets and cost documentation as well as pricing and quantity analysis reports on preliminary and final project cost.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects and sub-contractors.
  
• Perform detailed takeoffs on all construction divisions, with and understanding of  mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems.
  
• Understand the costs related to the associated construction.  
  
• Have the ability to work closely with the clients and make them feel   that their interests are being fully represented
  
• Build trust and confidence across a broad range of potential customers and function effectively within a team environment.
  
• Design Development Documents
  
• Guaranteed Maximum Price Estimates
  
• Lump Sum Background
  

Must Have

• Must have worked for a GC on Commercial Projects
  
• Must have a steady background
